These Terms apply to all transactions and interactions between customers and our shop.

Any specific rules or guidelines we provide for individual products or services are also part of these Terms.

We sell "imperfect" lumber and irregular wood materials at discounted prices.

Our shop operates as an unmanned (self-service) store, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment methods accepted: cash (cash box) and bank transfer.

All products are sold "as-is." Our wood may have:

• Minor scratches or marks from milling
• Small chips or defects
• Irregular sizes or lengths
• Natural variations in color or grain

Please inspect all items carefully before purchase. These conditions are expected and not considered defects.

Cash (Recommended): Place exact change in the cash box at the shop. We cannot provide change.

Bank Transfer: Contact us via LINE for bank details. Transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.

Due to the "as-is" nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

If you believe a product was significantly misrepresented, please contact us via LINE within 3 days of purchase.

Our services are intended for individual DIY enthusiasts.

Commercial buyers, professional builders, and businesses are kindly asked to refrain from purchasing.

We strive to provide accurate information about our products, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.

Wood is a natural material. Warping, cracking, or color changes may occur over time. These are natural characteristics and not defects.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sasebo Branch of the Nagasaki District Court.
